Products from Zoomget can be returned within 30 days of shipment. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in it's original packaging, unused and in good condition for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping. All palletized order returns are subject to a potential shipping charge and or a small percentage restocking fee.
Refunds will be processed once the package is received by our warehouse; it may take up to 7 days for the refund to process.
